"Introduction to Yoga " with LeeAnne
Wednesdays 5:30 - 6:45 pm Sept 10 - Oct 1
“Adapt yoga to the individual, not the individual to the yoga. There is a perfect yoga for every person. If you can breathe you can do yoga”
T.S. Krishnamacharya
For those students who would like to take a short beginning yoga series course, join Lee Anne for the 4 week Introductory Yoga Series.
